At SGI Bedding, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and cancellation process is simple and transparent.
Returns
  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-returnable items: Customized/personalized bedding and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, we may bear the shipping if wrong product is delivered from our side or there is any defect in product.
  • You may use your own courier service; however, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
  • SGI Bedding is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return it under our return policy.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Refunds
  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To receive a different item, simply return your order and place a new purchase on our website.
