- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Rebate Policies
At SGI Bedding, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and cancellation process is simple and transparent.
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-returnable items: Customized/personalized bedding and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, we may bear the shipping if wrong product is delivered from our side or there is any defect in product.
- You may use your own courier service; however, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
- SGI Bedding is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return it under our return policy.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To receive a different item, simply return your order and place a new purchase on our website.
